钻隔封封孔技术在提高瓦斯安全抽采效率中的应用研究

摘要: 为解决瓦斯抽采钻孔密封性差、漏风量大和伴生的破碎煤体自燃灾害,提出了新型钻隔封一体化封孔技术来对瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔。钻隔封一体化封孔技术通过注入柔性膏体封孔材料密封钻孔,钻孔内和钻孔周围煤壁喷涂黏性无机密封材料,来实现动态密封钻孔周围新生裂隙,隔绝破碎煤体与周围空气接触,提高瓦斯抽采浓度和降低破碎煤体自燃风险。煤矿现场试验表明,采用新型钻隔封一体化封孔技术后,瓦斯抽采钻孔周围煤体漏风大大降低,瓦斯抽采浓度较常规封孔的钻孔提高了2.3倍,钻孔内部温度降低了12.8℃,破碎煤体自燃风险大幅降低,切实保障瓦斯抽采工作安全高效进行。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of poor gas drainage borehole sealing, large air leakage and associated spontaneous combustion of broken coal, a new drilling and sealing integrated sealing technology is proposed to seal the borehole of gas drainage. Drilling and Sealing Integral Sealing Technology Seal drilling holes, injecting flexible paste sealing materials, and spraying the viscous inorganic sealing materials around the drilling holes to realize the dynamic sealing around the new drilling cracks, isolate the broken coal Contact with the surrounding air to improve the concentration of gas drainage and reduce the risk of spontaneous combustion of broken coal. The field experiment of Xiaohaizi Coal Mine shows that the leakage of coal around the gas drainage borehole is greatly reduced after adopting the new drilling and sealing integrated sealing technology, the gas extraction concentration is 2.7 times higher than that of the conventional sealing hole drilling, Temperature decreased by 12.8 ℃, broken coal spontaneous combustion risk significantly reduced, and effectively protect the safety of gas extraction and efficient work carried out.
